Awful service department. Kyle is rude and never called when he should have. I wasted my time driving there and was late for work when he knew the wrong part came in. This dealer has NO rentals for customers and would not service my car during a convenient time for me. They need to take lessons on what costumer service means. A simple acknowledgement of their wrong doing and a sorry goes a long way! Another service person let me know that management would be involved, still no phone call! I will NEVER return to this service department ever again. More

My nit picky gripe about getting a "Scheduled" service is that it's not truly scheduled. You can come in on the designated day but in my view if I have a scheduled appt for a service that takes 45 minutes that it's not truly scheduled. You can come in on the designated day but in my view if I have a scheduled appt for a service that takes 45 minutes to complete I feel I should not be sitting at the dealership for 3 hours. It's scheduled.....have a tech ready to go on my vehicle at the designated time. Otherwise why schedule an appointment? More
