Made an appointment online for 730 drop off 11 am pick up for an oil change. They called at 740 to upsell other services before they even looked at the truck. I then Show up at 11 and they knew nothing of t for an oil change. They called at 740 to upsell other services before they even looked at the truck. I then Show up at 11 and they knew nothing of the pickup time said it doesn’t show in their system. They looked the truck over about 815 then didn’t touch it after that. Communication from them is very limited. Ended up taking them 5 plus hours to do just an oil change 2 plus hours was after they knew I was waiting and the truck was on a lift. Which is why I couldn’t take it. More
