Terrible communication when it comes to what’s wrong with the vehicle, when it will be fixed, etc.. my vehicle wasn’t even running due to engine/ transmission issues and they were trying to sell me new tires the vehicle, when it will be fixed, etc.. my vehicle wasn’t even running due to engine/ transmission issues and they were trying to sell me new tires. In a situation like that I don’t care about tires I want to know what’s wrong with my vehicle and when I will have it back. This is my second time going there and will be the last time, just bad service and bad communication both times. I’m not even convinced the car is properly fixed. I had oil mixing with coolant and the engine was overheating in my 2021 Explorer with 40K miles. They replaced the transmission cooler and oil cooler and said everything else is fine. I’m concerned about internal damage to my engine but they say don’t worry… More

The dealership has always been great; however, they need to ramp up the number of staff to work in service. Last Friday there was only 1 person in the Service bay— he did a great job, but he handled phones, to ramp up the number of staff to work in service.
