Terrible service and communication was advised in summer door welds or door needed replacing due to recall and was ordering parts a month later door began to make noise , I called back service dept and spok door welds or door needed replacing due to recall and was ordering parts a month later door began to make noise , I called back service dept and spoke to service manager who said wasn’t a recall but would get back to me , well door broke and made terrible noise when open or close and widow would not work properly, called back service dept and advised and set up appointment day after Christmas and advised door was broken when I spoke with them over the phone, well when I arrived they told me my appointment was just to inspect weld which had previously been done, that had me come back next day to inspect and advised door needed to be replaced ant part was back ordered could take a while and needed to be taken to body shop, manager told me to take to another dealer that had a body shop and was asked if he would reach out to the other service manager as a professional courtesy for us which he said he would,,, but he never did, I did reach out to the other dealer myself who said because I had already started the process from original dealer they would be unable to take my recall on would have to continue thru original dealership, finally I called ford customer relations dept and are currently waiting to hear back More

I was very impressed with the service and cleanliness of Ira Ford. I had called another dealership with my ptoblem and was told the car was too old. It’s not the quality of the work, it’s the lack of communication from the service manager. Had a vehicle there for more than 3 days for a schedule brake job. Added tires and a drive shaft dampener on day one and never heard anything about a when it would be ready. Day 2 called 3 times, left messages and an email with no response. Day 3 called to speak with the service manager, not available so left another message. Called again after 5 pm and the woman who answered said she would look into it and call me back. No call but received a text saying the van is ready for pick up. Terrible customer service at IRA Auburn! More
