Friendly, very good at explaining things needing to be done. My only big miss is way too long to change oil and rotate the tires. They did do a recall on the rear axle wire harness as well but I was there done. My only big miss is way too long to change oil and rotate the tires. The tech suggested also replacing the engine and cabin filters but I declined and will do it myself as I did not want to see how long that would take! More
