I brought my 2015 Ford Edge to Ira Ford to get an oil change and to get a diagnostic of any other services that I may need. I've had my car for two years and its in great condition. Unfortunately, when my car was ready and I drove off the lot I realized something wasn't right when I got on the highway. Upon further investigation I realized that a metal panel was dragging underneath the car which was very scary because I had my one year old kid with me. I brought my car to Ira to have it looked at and the only thing my service advisor could say was "oh you know bolts come loose all the time", I dont think she realized how dangerous it was to drive with a piece of your car dragging on the highway. She needs training on emotional intelligence. More
