Brought my car in for diagnostics to take care of a noisy drive experience. Was easy to setup my appointment online and was greeted immediately upon my arrival. Jenn in the service department got me a shuttl drive experience. Was easy to setup my appointment online and was greeted immediately upon my arrival. Jenn in the service department got me a shuttle back home and she kept me updated via the phone app which is a great experience. The technician informed me of the problem via the app and even sent a video of the problem. I was able to sign off in the app to allow services to proceed. Jenn my service advisor kept me updated throughout the service experience and she was great with constant communication. I highly recommend the Ira Ford Auburn service department. More
