I had a very disappointing experience with this dealership regarding a safety recall. I had to come three separate times starting in November just to get parts ordered. By the end of January, I found out—only after calling Ford directly—that the order had been rejected because the dealership forgot to upload required photos of the mileage and VIN. This was never checked or communicated to me by the service department. For weeks, Ford tried to contact the service department to locate the photos in their archive, with no response. I was advised to email the service manager, David Blecklew, but that also led nowhere. During this process, both I and the Ford representative were repeatedly gaslighted, despite clear evidence of the dealership’s error. The customer support was extremely poor. There was no ownership of the mistake, no follow-up, and no sense of urgency—especially troubling given that this involved a safety recall. It felt like the dealership cared more about appearances and reviews than actually resolving customer issues. For comparison, I went to Place Motors, where the same recall order was completed in 20 minutes without any issues. I would not recommend this dealership based on my experience. More

As a new customer to Ira Ford, I was anticipating making an appointment within a few days. To my delight, Zachary Lussier informed me that it could be taken care of within an hour. He explained cost, I agreed snd headed to the waiting area as Mr Lussier asked for my keys and went to start the process. Fifty eight minutes later, my car was ready, bill paid and my car was brought around for my departure. I have Mr Lussier’s card and I am sure I will be working with him in the future. My experience today was a very positive experience. As an elder citizen, I especially appreciated Mr Lussier’s professionalism . More

My 2017 f150, needed a motor, new motor available maybe in July. After rounds with service and a letter to the CEO of the dealership group, the general manager worked out a deal.
