As I did my research on what new vehicle I wanted, I had a suspicion that I'd be returning to Acura (have owned an '04 TL and have an '05 MDX) for my next car. I recently purchased a 2011 TSX with Tech from Prime Acura and had a great experience. It all started with a phone call with the internet sales team, Leigh I believe, where she provided a no-nonsense Acura and had a great experience. After this I set up a meet with Ron Cohen, sales and began talking about the details of the various trims/years. After a little research on my own time I decided on the 2011 TSX. Ron immediately got the ball rolling, found the car at their sister lot and even drove it to the Walpole dealership himself, which makes me feel good. While drawing up the purchase and sale I chose to trade in my car which they gave me a great quote on, just a little under private party sale, which was awesome. In fact the only part I dreaded about the car buying purchase was the Business Manager and even that was a breeze at Prime. Mike went over the possible additions, drew up the required documents and I was out in about 20 minutes. When I came back to give my down payment check and pick up the car they had washed/cleaned it all (from the trip to them). Applied the plates from my trade and Ron personally installed the locking lug nuts. Once everything was good to go Ron sat and explained the navigation system, XM controls and answered some other questions I had about the car. Just as I was about to leave Ron went into the dealer to grab a gas card and road up to fill the tank before I left. Now if you ask me that is rockstar service, I didn't expect any less and I didn't get any less. Highly recommended. As an aside I made the mistake of getting some minor work done on my brand new baby at another dealer (closer to my home) and am dealing with xxxx itself, look for that review soon. Should have just gone back to Prime Acura in Walpole! ;( More
