I had a good experience overall, as the salesperson made the whole process easier. I usually dread purchasing a new vehicle. After getting a very competitive Internet price, my wife and I visited Prime Acura. We were lucky enough to meet Leandra Khouri. First and foremost, I can never purchased a foreign vehicle. I have driven a General Motors vehicle since I was old enough to drive - be it the family car or my own. My nephew purchased in 2004 an Acu vehicle. I have driven a General Motors vehicle since I was old enough to drive - be it the family car or my own. My nephew purchased in 2004 an Acura TL. His experience with the Acura dealership and Fadia Chamoun have been nothing but wonderful. On Saturday, April 30, my nephew needed service on his car and encouraged me to go with him to see the new Acuras. As soon as I walked into the showroom and saw the 2012 Acura TL I knew I had to "rethink" purchasing a foreign car. Fadia (a no pressure salesperson) let me sit in the car and explained all the features, et. She then asked if I would like to drive the all wheel drive to get the feel. Off we went. Her patience, expertise of the vehicle and understanding on my mixed emotions were remarkable. After driving the Acura, speaking with her, and knowing that if I purchased the vehicle the dealership would provide the services I needed I gave purchasing a good shot. I needed to have my sister see the color of the car Mayan Bronze to see if she liked it. Sunday, May 1, my sister and I went to the dealtership, she loved the car and color, and I sat down with Fadia and proceeded to purchase it. The friendliness of the staff, the explanation of the vehicle, extended warranty, etc. was definitely part of my decision to urchase the Acura. The service department installed a remote control starter in the time frame promised. I dealt 98% with Fadia, but did speak with Michael Burke who finalized paperwork for the extended warranty. Also, Thomas Dragoo spoke with me and said he is available if I have any concerns. I've only driven the Acura for a little over a week and am learning the technology of it slowly. Fadia told me if I need any help, to call and she would set up a time for her to explain all the features. Compared to my experience with the Cadillac Dealership in Norwood, I would rate Prime Acura as supreme and above excellence. Next Wednesday, I have made an appointment to have Lo-Jack installed, which was set up by Chris. He will have a loaner for me so that I am not inconvenienced in any way. Overall we had a wonderful experience. We has been leasing and purchasing cars but this time it was very nicely organized. We didn't fill the pressure from the sales person. From the minute we walked into the dealership, we were greeted by a friendly and helpful customer service representative. After we were brought to the available sales associate, about 15 minutes before closing, we were able to have a test drive, see the available vehicles in an adjacent lot, discuss added options and negotiate a deal within an hour. Dale was very curteous, helpful and sensitive to the fact it was late and we didn't want to spend a lot of time at the dealership. He went over the options we added and the total sales price in detail to be sure we were all on the same page. We also took advantage of the .09% financing that was suppose to expire on 5/2. All in all it was a great experience and will buy my next TL from Prime and from Dale. More
I had searched over the Internet for my new Acura MDX for the best price. Other dealers would give me a price but not include delivery charge and when I asked for the monthly cost if I put xyz down and assu the best price. Prime was the only one to give an Internet quote. When I went in I was assigned Dale and I told him I needed to be out of there in order to get my daughter of the bus .... Drove the car, they checked my credit and I signed.... No unnecessary sales pitches...they came in with the exact price I was quoted. More
