I have used this dealer before and was very pleased with the service I have received over the years. I was returning a leased car and leasing a new one. I wanted the same car , an RDX, 2021. The service people are great but the dealership won’t deal with the insurance company. They make the customer pay and chase the insurance company to be reimbursed. I Went in for an oil change and normally they give you a free car wash and vacuum the car. The car wash was fine but as i went to look around my car I notice that they pushed all the salt and dirt under the free car wash and vacuum the car. The car wash was fine but as i went to look around my car I notice that they pushed all the salt and dirt under the carpets of my back seat rugs 🤔....Every time I bring my car to Prime Acura of Westwood they mysteriously find something wrong with my car. I brought my car in for an oil change and now there is something wrong with my brand new breaks and Rotors that have been change for the past 7 months so they say go back to who ever did the work and have them fix it. 🤦🏽♀️ More
