Went to buy a new car (2nd purchase) and confirmed with our sales consultant that we would buy the car if the price was right. Everything was going smoothly while we were working with a very courteous and our sales consultant that we would buy the car if the price was right. Everything was going smoothly while we were working with a very courteous and professional sales agent, Mr. Youssef Girgis. And then his sales manager got involved for only a few minutes and things went South very fast from there. The manager seemed cocky and arrogant. When we asked him if there was room for negotiating the base price his response was rather condescending even though we are repeat customers and go there for service and repairs since we purchased our first MDX. He spoke as if he was doing us a favor by speaking with us. Had he shown the slightest humility and been respectful, we would have paid the full price; seemed like the "manager" title had gone to his head. We felt sorry for our professional sales consultant who had put in the grunt work only to be messed by an arrogant manager. We left and drove 30 minutes to Framingham to Herb Connally Acura. Excellent service, courteous and professional and we purchased the same vehicle at a slightly better price in no time. I feel bad for the sales consultant who spent the time showing us the car and selling us the benefits of owning the model and the sales manager messed everything up. Prime Acura is out; Herb Connally is in. We have two more neighbors who have also purchased from Herb C and have had excellent experience. More

Purchased from them, a 2014 MDX in 2015 with a clean car fax. Go to trade the car in at Audi Westwood to purchase an SQ5 and I find out the car fax has an entry the day after I purchased the MDX in 2015 for fax. Go to trade the car in at Audi Westwood to purchase an SQ5 and I find out the car fax has an entry the day after I purchased the MDX in 2015 for damage. This info was used against me when negotiating my trade. I had the clean car fax in my glove box from the day I bought the car in 2015 and this helped me. Audi gave me an additional 500 dollars because they understood the crappy situation created by Acura of Westwood. The COO of the entire Prime group, Dennis Wilson called and apologized, was supposed to follow up and never did. Very dissapointing FYI... just don't trust them. When I went to the Acura dealer located next door to Audi, the GM laughed it off and didn't want to address it. I do love my SQ5👍 More
