I purchased a BMW from this dealership that after 32 days turned into a total nightmare. I was out of a vehicle for over a month, they wouldn’t give me a loaner and I had to argue with the GSM to even get th turned into a total nightmare. Then after over a month the GM finally was willing to buy the vehicle back after I mentioned arbitration. Lost over $1200 on the BMW and purchased a 2019 RDX that you would of thought I would get a deal on after everything I had been through but no. Had me sign recall paperwork and then calling me telling me the recall wasn’t done. After having it for 3 days I Dropped the vehicle off so they could do the recall and address some other concerns. They keep my vehicle for 10 days, no diagnosis on the vehicle until after it was there for 6 days! Picked up my new vehicle today with a nice black rejection sticker on the windshield because they didn’t do the sticker before doing the recall and my car sounds like a squeaking old bed! In 10 days your trying to tell me you didn’t hear that?! Mind you I live an hour away and the amount of times I have had to travel back and forth to this awful dealership is insane! Worst experience I have ever had and I shouldn’t have purchased another vehicle from them! More
I am new to the area so did not purchase my Acura there. Maybe that's why they treated me poorly. I just needed a couple of things checked out (a recall and a check on the transmission). They told me to come in at 8:30 am and I could wait. I offered to come in at a different time if that would be better but Joe assured me that it was a good time. He warned me it might take 1.5 hours. Well, THREE and a HALF hours later I was still waiting to pay my bill. Nobody checked in with me or communicated with me other than a text I received after 1 1/2 hours asking me if I wanted them to do the work. I had to ask nicely a few times if they were aware I was waiting and they assured me they were as I saw other customers come and go. Don't tell me it's going to take 1.5 hours if it's going to take 3.5. People have commitments. Not going back. More
Buyer Beware, traded my 2015 Jeep in towards a 2019 Jeep back in May. Prime agreed to payoff the remaining balance on my 2015 as part of the trade deal. It’s now over 3 months later and I’m still making the payments on the 2015 that they took possession of in May. My credit union still has the title and haven’t received a dime from Prime. I have called Prime dozens of times and either get hung up on or it goes to a voicemail. No one has yet to call me back. I live 4 hours away and will have to take a day off from work and drive down there. I suspect they are robbing Peter to pay Paul. I had to wait several weeks for them to obtain the title on the 2019 I bought. I suspect they didn’t immediately have the funds to buy that title as well. Be really careful with this place. Research this dealership before you do business with them. More

I work night-shift, but Marc made it easy to review suggested services & ask questions: he communicates clearly & is extremely accessible by email/text/phone-call. Marc is respectful of a client’s schedule AND budget. 5/5 Stars: He went above/beyond “good service” when he contacted Fidelity Insurance (x3) on my behalf— which saved me several hundred dollars in repair costs. ... if you need a Service Consultant: do yourself a favor & request Marc.
