Thank you for your reply. Im not looking for complete silence but the answering the phone on speaker was so annoying. I will bring headphones next time. Its just a shame for a new dealership to be designed so poorly for the customers

Thank you for pretending to be concerned on a public platform, but for the sake of accuracy and truth… Jose Silva has been the least helpful manager I’ve dealt with in my life. None of my concerns have been addressed. They will not stop trying to get my various reviews removed even though they are 100% truth. It’s been more than 12 weeks and I still have not received the key that these incompetent morons somehow lost. Your only job is to not lose keys, and the first thing you do is lose the keys?!? Seriously?!?
