What an amazing experience! I don’t typically take the time to leave a review, but for this, I thought it appropriate. I called the dealership this morning with some dashboard lights warning me, and was concerned about my car. I was fortunate enough to speak to Noah in service and he advised me to bring the car in immediately. He couldn’t have been kinder and kept me in the loop throughout the whole diagnostic process. Once he took the time to break down what repairs were needed I approve the work and was instructed to wait to hear from him. An hour or two later, he called to let me know my car was ready, and that everything had been repaired, and that I was good to go. The service was excellent, the charges were reasonable, and all the people at the dealership could not have been more accommodating. Bravo, Ira, Acura Westwood ! Truly, a memorable experience! More

It’s been nothing but aggravation and frustration since I bought a brand new MDX from IRA. I’ve bought a lot of new cars in my lifetime and this has been the least enjoyable experience. They took way too lon bought a brand new MDX from IRA. I’ve bought a lot of new cars in my lifetime and this has been the least enjoyable experience. They took way too long to pay off my trade in and it’s been a month and they still haven’t registered the new car. The car wasn’t even prepped properly for delivery. Overall I’m disappointed in my experience with them. More

Just a horrible sales experience all around. If I could leave zero stars I would. I emailed the GM (Jose Silva) with my concerns and haven't heard a thing from him. Our 2020 Acura MDX would not start despite the battery being charged. The vehicle, by design, also remains in park until the vehicle is running. All local repair facilities required the vehicle to be b being charged. The vehicle, by design, also remains in park until the vehicle is running. All local repair facilities required the vehicle to be brought to them, which we were unable to do as towing company was not familiar with process to put vehicle in neutral and could not handle vehicle being in park. We were stuck in sort of a “catch 22.” We contacted IRA and the service manager returned our call within 15 minutes . He was the first person who listened to our plight and was genuinely interested in helping us. He and his service department were able to get the vehicle started and did a full diagnostic test on the vehicle back at the dealership. They really came through for us when we had nowhere else to turn. It is comforting to know we have a competent and professional service team available if we need them. Thank you IRA More
Noah Stern and Joe Sacchetti are the reason I drive over an hour each way to get my car serviced. They always go above and beyond my expectations from a dealership.
