The high reviews are for the SERVICE department, not sales. I left a refundable deposit to purchase a used ford explorer. I backed out of the deal. They will not refund my money. They give me a new lie and excuse every single time I call. My sales person, Luis, is a liar and I have the text messages to prove it. The business manager told me that he was refunding my deposit in front of him, I asked for a receipt...no response. Asked again, and Luis said he gave it to his manager. Newest lie is that it is processed in Houston and that is why I can't get a receipt. Lying, sleezy, and the exact reason why people hate car dealers and car sales people. I have since purchased a vehicle at another dealer and it was a smooth and delightful purchase. Avoid this dealership at all cost. More
