We decided to schedule an oil and filter change on a Saturday because I received a promotion through email for $29.95 for the service which is a pretty good deal for synthetic oil. I waited 1.5 hours for an oil change and that is just unacceptable. And they were very disorganized and seems like they scheduled more people than they could handle. Not to mention there was a random miscellaneous fee of $4 added to my bill with no explanation. More
