I recently purchased a car from the Acura dealership and would like to share my experience. Our salesman, Youssef, was truly exceptional. He exhibited kindness, politeness, and most importantly, he never pr would like to share my experience. Our salesman, Youssef, was truly exceptional. He exhibited kindness, politeness, and most importantly, he never pressured us into making a decision. Youssef showed us the cars we were interested in and was always available to address any questions or concerns we had. I genuinely appreciate his approach and professionalism. However, I must highlight some areas for improvement, specifically regarding the finance manager, Raouf. Unfortunately, our encounter with him left much to be desired. Initially, we were made to wait for 1 hour and 30 minutes, which was quite frustrating. Furthermore, during a phone conversation with the bank, Raouf made a comment apologizing to the other party and stating that "the customer was rushing him." I can confirm that this statement was verbatim as we were present during the call. Such remarks were unnecessary and unprofessional, creating a negative impression. Additionally, Raouf attempted to sell us gap insurance, which is an important consideration but not one that should be obtained through the dealership. Insurance companies typically provide much more favorable rates, often 5 to 10 times better (and I assure you, this is not an exaggeration). Raouf claimed that purchasing the insurance from him was mandatory, but when we asked for legal documentation to support this claim, he became visibly upset. Eventually, he relented and conceded that we had misunderstood his previous statements. While I understand that upselling is part of the job, mistreating customers should never be tolerated. Despite this experience, I would still consider working with this dealership again, primarily because of Youssef's exceptional service. His genuine approach and willingness to assist customers were commendable. I hope that the dealership takes note of these concerns and works towards improving their finance department's professionalism and customer interactions. More
