The high reviews are for the SERVICE department, not sales. I left a refundable deposit to purchase a used ford explorer. I backed out of the deal. They will not refund my money. They give me a new lie and excuse every single time I call. My sales person, Luis, is a liar and I have the text messages to prove it. The business manager told me that he was refunding my deposit in front of him, I asked for a receipt...no response. Asked again, and Luis said he gave it to his manager. Newest lie is that it is processed in Houston and that is why I can't get a receipt. Lying, sleezy, and the exact reason why people hate car dealers and car sales people. I have since purchased a vehicle at another dealer and it was a smooth and delightful purchase. Avoid this dealership at all cost. More

What an amazing experience! I don’t typically take the time to leave a review, but for this, I thought it appropriate. I called the dealership this morning with some dashboard l I don’t typically take the time to leave a review, but for this, I thought it appropriate. I called the dealership this morning with some dashboard lights warning me, and was concerned about my car. I was fortunate enough to speak to Noah in service and he advised me to bring the car in immediately. He couldn’t have been kinder and kept me in the loop throughout the whole diagnostic process. Once he took the time to break down what repairs were needed I approve the work and was instructed to wait to hear from him. An hour or two later, he called to let me know my car was ready, and that everything had been repaired, and that I was good to go. The service was excellent, the charges were reasonable, and all the people at the dealership could not have been more accommodating. Bravo, Ira, Acura Westwood ! Truly, a memorable experience! More

It’s been nothing but aggravation and frustration since I bought a brand new MDX from IRA. I’ve bought a lot of new cars in my lifetime and this has been the least enjoyable experience. They took way too long to pay off my trade in and it’s been a month and they still haven’t registered the new car. The car wasn’t even prepped properly for delivery.
