WARNING THIS CAR DEALERSHIP PRACTICES BAIT AND SWITCH PRICING. HAVE SCREEN RECORDINGS SHOWING DATE AND TIME THAT I CAN PROVIDE TO ANYONE THAT IS INTERESTED. This is illegal and I will be reporting the dealership immediately after leaving this review to warn others. I found a Lexus GS that I was interested in on the dealers website for $35k. I called the dealership and a salesperson confirmed the price and setup an appointment for Saturday. When Saturday comes along, I decide to check the website to make sure the car is available and see that they increased the price to $39k. I called to inquire about this and was told that the other price was a glitch price by the system. I told them I was no longer interested and went my way. Fast forward to Tuesday, I get a call from a salesperson at this dealership while I’m at work. I step away to explain that I didn’t come for my appointment because of the random price increase, and they apologized and told me the prices were now up to date on the site. So I check the site and the price for the GS was back down to $35k; I decided to go check it out since it was now at a reasonable price again. I drive two hours, test drive the car, and then the salesperson leaves me in his office and tells me to wait. As soon as he steps away, I go on to their website on my phone and take a screenshot of the asking price. After about half an hour of waiting for the salesperson to return, I get bored and decide to check and make sure they didn’t try to bait and switch the price, and it turns out the did. The price is magically $4k more then it was 20 minutes earlier. I storm to the main desk and ask the sales manager why they’re switching the price on me and he says he has no idea what he’s talking about. I then show him my screenshots and he says “I updated this price this morning you should’ve checked later.” I show him the initial screenshot was from 20 minutes earlier and he rudely tells me to leave. This was absolutely the worst dealership experience I’ve ever had, and I do not recommend you shop here if you value your money and honesty More
