The ONLY saving grace to my experience is a service technician named Francis, he is very friendly, personable and took care of us in a timely manner to get our Sticker/Registration. Our "sales person" technician named Francis, he is very friendly, personable and took care of us in a timely manner to get our Sticker/Registration. Our "sales person" Mariana B. On the other hand was not helpful to us whatsoever. Clearly she is a new salesperson but there are just certain things that either you have or you don't. She didn't know much about the car she was "Selling us" but I'm an informed consumer so I already did all the research. She made it seem like it was a matter of urgency to sign paperwork only to have us wait additionally with a newborn in the waiting area. Her follow up is sorely lacking as well. All in all she got the sale and then once finalized came off as a Typical "Used car saleswoman". Things she can improve on are Follow up, Being ready for us before we get there especially if we agreed on a time and date. And lastly speaking more clearly when communicating a 20k deal. Anyhow we love our car and it's functionality and again SPECIAL thank you to Francis for Exceptional customer service. More
