I've been very pleased with the service I've received at this dealership, especially in comparison to some of the other dealers in the area. It is really easy to schedule an appointment, whether you do it t this dealership, especially in comparison to some of the other dealers in the area. It is really easy to schedule an appointment, whether you do it through their automated online and phone interface or by speaking to a person directly. The service advisors do a great job of explaining things to you and recommending necessary service without pushing anything extra. I used to use an independent shop but switched over to this dealer when I got a newer Acura. I trust the technicians here and don't have to worry when dropping off my car. The price may be higher than your local mechanic, but IMO it is well worth it because of the quality of work that they do, the amenities they provide, and perks like providing a loaners or the complimentary car wash after your service is completed. I have nothing negative to say about IRA and they did a great job at reversing my perception of dealerships. They've even helped to repair some shoddy work by another big player in the area. I had a very negative experience at the other group so I'll be going out of my way to be an IRA customer. Thanks for the great service. More
