I was on a time crunch and Francis helped me easily get a loaner which allowed me to do my errands, then even helped me transfer all the groceries between cars. He went above and beyond, elite service! loaner which allowed me to do my errands, then even helped me transfer all the groceries between cars. He went above and beyond, elite service! More

I contacted the dealership and was told they were replacing the windshield and it would be available to test drive soon. I got an email that it was ready and come down to test drive. I drove the 90 minutes to the dealership to test drive the car and liked it quite a bit. I asked to see service records, and the sales guy disappeared for 20 minutes. When he came back, he told me the car was no longer for sale, as it needed $4,500 worth of repairs, and they were now wholesaling the car. This car had been on their lot for 2 months, and had been to their service numerous times according to CarFax. I asked why they emailed me to come down and test drive (it's 90 minutes away), and was told they are a big dealership and stuff happens. I was referred to a sales manager, Phoumarin. Phoumarin was extremely arrogant and had no time for me, as he had "3 other deals" going. By the time he came out, he told me to calm down immediately (before I spoke) and said "I Have ears, i can hear" repeatedly. He pretty much just talked over me, and said if I had a problem, he would have the GM (Jose) call me 2 days later when he was back in. It was a wasted 3 hour RT trip for me. 2 days later, I got a call from Damian (the Ops Director) who said the car was ready to test drive, and when would I be down! I told him that Phoumarin told me the car was to be wholesaled and was no longer for sale. Damian told me that only he could make that decision, not Phoumarin. I suggested that they work on their internal communications, as I was clearly told the car was no longer for sale. I bought something else the next day. Their loss. I'd stay away from these guys, particularly Phoumarin the sales manager. They seem to be good at wasting people's time. More
