Worst dealership ever. It was formally Walpole Acura, and due to something got sold to the Prime Acura dealership.part of prime dealerships in Massachusetts. Due to more issues there was a news feature on TV and newspaper prime 'sold' to IRA dealership. I owned my 2014 Acura since 2013 and have had to deal with 3 different ownership issues, each time getting worse services. But prices have gone way upward for less service and more talk. Below is a list of current employees, I have not dealt with them just ones that for some reasons are no longer listed as the dealership staff. I am sure this will not be published but the service manager will recognize this Communication. Avoid the dealership. BUY A HONDA INSTEAD. I had Hondas and received much better service,and they are more accessible and easier dealing. As a side when I purchased the car I had to wait on pick up day over 5 hours. They messed up all paperwork than told me the sales price was incorrect and even refused a state inspection sticker for a 57+ thousand top model mdx purchase. The car had 6 recalls, I had to go to a different dealership for one safety issue to get promptly serviced. Avoid them if possible More
