In April 0f 2007 I traded in my 1997 Acura CL with @ 300k miles to Prime; I had bought the car there. I used their internet services and was fortunate to have Warren Newland as my salesman. Warren took care of everything and I was in and out of the dealership within an hour. He impressed me as a person who prides himself on achieving customer satisfaction and representing the dealership better than any other salesman. I would recommend Warren to anyone interested in buying an Acura and will only deal with him in the future. I could not be happier with Prime Acura. Both Ellen and Dennis convinced me that I would have a dfferent buying experience. They were right. I was dealt with fairly on my trade and everything that was said was delivered. They found a car that know one else could, the three other dealers I delt with were not able to locate the vechicle I wanted; they suggested I go for a higher option level. I had done my homework and knew what I wanted, Ellen found it in Connecticut and had it the next day. In closing I would recommend this dealershiop and these salespeople to anyone. More
