I've been taking my Acura to Prime for years, even before it was Prime Acura. Always a great experience. The service people are always nice, and knowledgeable, and never make you wait long. My only complaint, is that the operator needs to know what services includes a loaner car, and what doesn't. Because last time I was there, she told me on the phone the level of service I was getting done would include a loaner car, which in fact wasn't the case. Not a big deal, but it's an issue I had. I had been a loyal Audi A4 Advant owner my previous four vehicles. In looking for a new vehicle with similar atributes I looked into the Acura RDX. After test driving the car, discussing leasing costs, meeting the Salesmanager and having a tour of the facility I decided this was the car I wanted and the dealership I would like to do business with. The financial manager was a pleasure to deal with in setting up my lease. The transaction went smoothly, the car arrived on time and frankly I could not be happier. The RDX seems to fit my needs, it has a sporty look, handles great, and has nice power. The interior is very comfortable and well appointed.
