I went in (35 minute drive from home vs 50 min. to boston} and we talked..and talked..and talked. I left without signing a deal....pondered my purchase and emailed Ellen my final and only offer...With trade included...She called me within an hour and told me she would work on my offer and call me..it was late in the day and she was going to be off the following day. Much to my suprise( and liking } ellen called mre the following morning and told me my final offer was accepted,,it included trade in,dealer fees.StateSalestax and registration/sticker on car,,,An out yhe door total price,,all or nothing offer.....I am very pleased with our new MDX and the continued service and attention from Prime Acura Walpole Ma. and Ellen. Joe, the gentleman who helped me, was kind enough to break down every cost to get my car back on the road. When I realized I wanted to trade in my car, they had mine appraised and I was introduced to Henry. He immediately made my feel comfortable and went out of his way to help me out (he even came in on his day off to meet me). I would highly recommend Henry and the entire sales team in Walpole and I thank them for their efforts in getting me a new car!! More
