I have been here for quite a few years. The staff is second to none. I have only had great experiences. Kudos to Joe S the manager, and George my service person. The staff is second to none. I have only had great experiences. Kudos to Joe S the manager, and George my service person. More
First need to give a shout out to Noah Stern, when I bring my car in for service, he greets you a hand shake. He always goes Above and Beyond to assist the customer. He goes over the service work to be bring my car in for service, he greets you a hand shake. He always goes Above and Beyond to assist the customer. He goes over the service work to be done, when work is completed. Second the Dealership is always extremely neat and clean from the show room to the restroom. It’s always nice to pull and drive into the check in area which is also very neat. Great Job. More
I was incredibly frustrated with this dealership's inability to provide the service advertised on their website, Acceleride. After spending a couple of hours with them the day before, I wanted to buy inability to provide the service advertised on their website, Acceleride. After spending a couple of hours with them the day before, I wanted to buy a used car online. When I asked my salesperson for assistance, I was told by the manager that completing the transaction entirely online (including delivery) was against Massachusetts law. Instead, I was required to return to the dealership to sign documents because they didn't offer an online option, despite having a secure portal for providing a license and other documents. After pressing further, I was told it would cost $750 to use a DocuSign-like service. Later, they claimed it was a Massachusetts law that prohibited it. When I questioned why their website listed and branded the service, I was told it was an IT issue, which to me, seemed like false advertising. Ultimately, I had no choice but to go in person to sign documents, collect the car, and I left with a certified SUV that had a rejected inspection sticker. I'm not sure if this service was misrepresented to me because IRA was not financing the vehicle or if, like in the episode of The Office "Launch Party," they compete with "computer" for sales, but either way, it feels wrong and perhaps illegal. It's ironic that one of the questions is about delivery since I was told by Sales that they do not offer that in Massachusetts. For reference here is the service (https://acceleride.iraacurawestwood.com) and if you click on any car (new OR used) you will see the option. I am only writing a review because they asked for it.
