A little Drawn out for the purchase but nothing unexpected I had been shopping for a particular car for a while and finally it was time to actually look at the cars. I knew this probably was what I would get but of course had to check others out. This Camry was the best deal even with the few small issues. My only complaint was the usual back and forth when I made an offer on the car. To me this practice at many dealerships is unfair to the buyer and the salesman especially when one comes in well informed and with facts, pricing and knowledge. I would have preferred rather than the back and forth the sales manager just stop by the desk so we could discuss it and things would have gone faster. Adam was good to work initially, he was busy when I came back and turned me over to Thomas to finish the sale and he knew right away what we had to do. I knew the car needed a few things and by end of next week the car should be like new again with Inver Grove Hyundai making a good deal and me getting and knowing exactly what I bought. More

I wasn't planning on buying a new car, but faced with some expensive repairs I considered simply trading in my 2009 Santa Fe and getting something new. The entire process from "should I buy something new?" to driving away took less than 24 hours. Because I hadn't been preparing to buy, I had lots of unprepared questions and kept asking for new quotes with different models and options. Hanafy was very polite and patient while I worked all of that out in real time. They were happy to compete with financing options but also happy to ultimately work with my credit union. The car is great and although unexpected, the experience was also good. I would buy another car there and recommend to friends. More
