After five weeks had to pay for frozen pins in both front and back brakes because of rust that the dealership should have taken care of before I drove off lot. Great fair dealer - JP is a superb member of the team I recently bought a RAV4 from Interstate. Everything about this dealership is great, but John Pagliaroli in particular is the absolute best sales asso I recently bought a RAV4 from Interstate. I live closer to another Toyota dealership, yet I couldn't imaging buying anywhere but here.
