The good reviews are real. I had a great quick buy of a new grand Highlander hybrid. I loved that I was able to get most of it done online and came in for less than an hr to finish off paperwork (self financed). They were 100% transparent with all fees. No crazy add on fake dealer fees (and used Costco program to buy). Decent discount considering it’s hard to get $50 off some hard to find Toyota models and colors. No high pressure tactics for warranties or anything else. Worked with Valton who was great and had my car ready as soon as I got there. He did a good job responding to emails quickly. Definitely one of the better experiences I’ve had car buying.

Excellent customer service, Manager Elias and Agent Sam were very gracious and informative. Have been going to this dealership for many years, wouldn’t go to anyone else, entire staff friendly and knowledgeable and you feel like part of the family. Excellent service all around.
