I tried 3 times to get my oil changed at the express bay. Due to my work schedule it is hard to get there early enough to get an appointment. The first time i was turned away. The second time i was informed they were short 2 employees. Today i get there and it is a 2 hour wait. I tried to call and make an appointment but was told they couldn't and to go to the express lane. I will take my business elsewhere. More
I had a Phenomenal experience recently at Nissan purchasing my new Rogue. Justin (JT) did such a great job with all the gazillion details involved. Before finally letting me hit the road with my new wheels, he actually revealed that I was his first car sale which was not only a surprise but made it feel extra special because he did such a great job. In 2019 I purchased a new Rogue. It felt like I was chatting with friends the whole time. No pressure, no nonsense information, and Kasey answered every question I had with ease. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER I don't normally write any reviews online, but this time i decided to do so. I called Interstate Nissan on the Used BMW and Sales Person Eton assisted I don't normally write any reviews online, but this time i decided to do so. I called Interstate Nissan on the Used BMW and Sales Person Eton assisted me and told me 2010 BMW 535 is available. after few back and forth we agreed on the price and I offered to put a deposit and take the car on Thursday since I have to drive 7 hours to get there. I even filled credit app online. He called me back saying" he had Bad news and the car is SOLD". Seriously? I offered to secure the vehicle and Sales Person refused to take it? what kind of Business is this. If I had the opportunity to give them 0 Stars I would, but unfortunately I have to give them 1 Star. I can find another car, but STUPID SALES PERSON LOST A SALE. NICE ONE PAL. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!!! More
