A BAd Experiance As far as buying a car this was the worst experience I have ever had. It all started on Sat. April 1st when we were told we had been approved for a ca As far as buying a car this was the worst experience I have ever had. It all started on Sat. April 1st when we were told we had been approved for a car and needed to return on Monday to do the paperwork. On arriving on Monday April 3rd we were taken to the service waiting area and left for 4 and a half hours. We even called the dealership and asked to speak to our sales person and was unable to get anyone to answer. After the wait we were then taken to the shop and offered a used car that was totally way out of warranty. After saying no and asking about they deal we were guaranteed was approved Saturday we were put back in the waiting area for another hour, then shown a car that in no way meet the needs we had talked to the sales person about. But we decided to buy it one because it was a 2017 model and to help build our credit. Looking back I wish I would have just left without a new car. More
