It was just stated, "sign right here for your warranty" and like an idiot I signed. I understand that what I did is binding, however I will recommend people to go else where as this is completely unacceptable behavior and business practices. This is the 2nd vehicle I have purchased from you and will never do so again, due to the nature of the aforementioned tactics used to squeeze out another $2700 from me. Secondly sales rep should at all times act in a professional manner, that would include not cussing every 4th word and complaining about how tough his job is. I am there to purchase a car. I'm not there to be your salesmens therapist. Further there was a "Finance Manager", not sure his name, that stated well before my credit was run that I would not be able to buy a car from you unless I trade in my other car or put cash down. Funny I didn't put any cash down or trade a vehicle and still Capital One approved me. I didn't know you where also in the business of hiring Wizards that could know what would be needed to be a approved for a loan 2 hours before any financial paperwork or running of a ssn was done. Either way this was my experience and if this is the way you want to run your business that's ok, but it's shameful and unprofessional. Also I was informed by a couple of folks that you are in the process of letting go of much of your staff. Something again I didn't need to know, however is very telling of the caliber of people you like to hire. More
