AWFUL I found a Denali on their website that I was interested in so I emailed and talked over the phone with them several times to make sure everything was I found a Denali on their website that I was interested in so I emailed and talked over the phone with them several times to make sure everything was good on the truck before driving to the dealership. I live 6 hours away from the dealership so it was very important that everything was good to go before traveling all that way. When I arrived at Interstate Hyundai and asked to test drive the truck I was told that I couldn't because the transmission was shot in it and it was going to the auction the next day. I explained to the sales manager that I was told numerous times that there was no trouble with that truck and that they should have told me that from the get go. He then showed me another truck that I test drove and ended up buying WITH a warranty. (They tried selling the vehicle for 10G over what was listed online until I pulled up their website and showed them where it was listed far lower.) I was told that this truck had never been wrecked. When I got home which keep in mind is 6 hours away, I brought it to a body shop for a friend to look at and that is when he told me that the truck had been completely wrecked and repainted over. The sunroof stopped working as well. This is all within 24 hours of me purchasing the truck. I then called the sales manager and explained the situation to him and he assured me that they would take care of the problems and all would be well. That was two weeks ago. He now ignores my emails and will not answer my calls. My best advice for anyone looking for a vehicle and considering doing business here is to RUN as fast as you can away from this dealership! In my situation, they have been extremely dishonest from the get go and I wish I would have looked at the signs of this from the beginning but after driving 6 hours to buy a truck I already had my mind made up that I would be buying one that day. BIGGEST MISTAKE OF MY LIFE. More
