Unexpected Sale I went one evening to International Subaru to see what was available in 2019 Subaru Outbacks, with the intent of replacing my 2012 model that I bough I went one evening to International Subaru to see what was available in 2019 Subaru Outbacks, with the intent of replacing my 2012 model that I bought from the same location at some point in the near future.. I met with Ammar, the salesman, and left with a new Outback. The process took some time, but I was given a reasonable trade in price for my 2012 and a good price on the "Limited" edition with many accessories. Overall, very pleasant staff and I am happy with my new Outback, Ammar even helped me transfer all my "stuff' to the new vehicle. I am looking forward to meeting with their tech person, Cassie who will help me learn how to utilize all the bells and whistles. More

No hidden fees or extras added in. The finance person didn’t try to pressure me to add a thing. I love this dealer and their staff. Tech consultant Cassie’s was so accommodating with my appointment with her. This dealer’s staff did not pressure me or try to bully me into buying. I bought a 2018 Forester and love it. But Janine found us a new Forester with all of the important features my husband wanted and managed to get us to the price we needed. Additionally, the interest rate on a 60-mo. loan was only 0.9%, which is such a low borrowing rate. Robert in sales was there to assist and helped us understand so many of the great features that came on this model. And Bob in finance explained the extended warranty and GAP options without pressuring us. Overall, it was a fantastic experience with a friendly, knowledgeable, and give-it-their-all attitude from many people on the sales floor. It is our second Subaru, and based on this experience, we will buy from them again. More
