Exceptional Service! We visited international Subaru on a Friday, 10 minutes before closing. We we're welcomed by Carlos the sales manager. He made an appointment for the following morning with Janine. She welcomed us with the perfect combination of knowledge, warmth and professionalism. She and Carlos collectively made certain that we get the car that we wanted. Important to get the color and options we wanted, NOT pushing for a stocked vehicle. We have had our Forester for 2 weeks and couldn't be happier. The stellar customer service doesn't stop when to take your vehicle. I have received check in calls to make sure we are satisfied. This was a pleasant, hassle free experience. To be treated with respect and warmth and walk away with car of your dreams with top safety rating is an amazing feeling. Truly a class act. The dealership saw the great customer service potential in our then sales person Mike Omeara and they promoted him to a sales manager and he assisted us in his new role.
