Recently purchased a 2024 Crosstrek with the assistance from sales consultant Bill Kappel. I initially went into dealership just to scout it out and do a test drive. (Not at all pushy or preoccupied). When I returned a second time, he wasn't there which made me a bit bummed because he made me feel comfortable since I really don't enjoy this whole process. His co worker rang him up at home and he came into the dealership to assist me with the purchase. Wow, that's when I felt I was in the right place. And when I traded in my own car at CarMax, Bill picked me up and gave me a ride back to dealership so I could drive off in my new Subaru.
