Terrible service I had a question about my service bill. I was first transferred to a voice mail with no name. An hour later I called back and was transferred to dif I had a question about my service bill. I was first transferred to a voice mail with no name. An hour later I called back and was transferred to different voicemail. this on at least had a name. After an hour and a half I called back an left another voicemail message. I went back to the dealership to speak to someone directly but was told no one was available, and no one had business cards! Not even the General manger of the entire dealership, seriously. Every time I go there I feel like i am annoying them. No more! I also own a Hyundai. I get treated much better there. my next car will not be the Legacy I like. I will be buying another Hyundai! More

Exceptional Service! We visited international Subaru on a Friday, 10 minutes before closing. We we're welcomed by Carlos the sales manager. He suggested we take the Forest We visited international Subaru on a Friday, 10 minutes before closing. We we're welcomed by Carlos the sales manager. He suggested we take the Forester for a test drive. He took his time with us, despite the time. (He stayed an hour and a half after the dealer closed).He said you're here, I will take of you. He made an appointment for the following morning with Janine. She welcomed us with the perfect combination of knowledge, warmth and professionalism. She and Carlos collectively made certain that we get the car that we wanted. Important to get the color and options we wanted, NOT pushing for a stocked vehicle. We have had our Forester for 2 weeks and couldn't be happier. The stellar customer service doesn't stop when to take your vehicle. I have received check in calls to make sure we are satisfied. This was a pleasant, hassle free experience. To be treated with respect and warmth and walk away with car of your dreams with top safety rating is an amazing feeling. Truly a class act. Our daughter will be looking at vehicles and this will be her first stop. More
Second time around This is the second time I’ve worked with this dealership and once again a great experience. Three years ago we leased a forester and because of their excellent personnel we returned to turn in our lease and lease a 2019 forester. The dealership saw the great customer service potential in our then sales person Mike Omeara and they promoted him to a sales manager and he assisted us in his new role. Very easy to do business it’s this dealership because of their personnel. More

Jeffrey by demonstrated the care and interest in my needs that surpass the experienced I have suffered with others at competing deslerships.
