This is a tough time to be in the market for a car, but Karen was transparent and open the entire time - I felt like I was getting honestly and was not over-pressured at any time. The Manager Carlos was extremely helpful and Larry wonderfully efficient, clear and honest when doing the sales' papers. Bobbie Raul was also awesome in getting all the papers processed and our registration moving fast in such a slowed down system due to Pandemic constraints. Very pleased with the entire dealership!
