Worked with Karen Flinn over a couple weeks trying to understand which Subaru models were the best fit for me. She answered all of my questions thoroughly, and was very responsive. My experience at the dealership could not have been smoother. She had the Outback Wilderness ready for me upon arrival, and let me test everything out while showing me all of the features. This is a tough time to be in the market for a car, but Karen was transparent and open the entire time - I felt like I was getting honestly and was not over-pressured at any time.
