Badly trained technicians I bought my car there to be serviced for tires and their technicians broke off a lug nut (probably from over torquing it) and broke the wheel stud and I bought my car there to be serviced for tires and their technicians broke off a lug nut (probably from over torquing it) and broke the wheel stud and wheel bearing. After a few days of going back and forth, they said that even though it was their mistake, but I was going to pay for it or i'd have to drive to another shop with only 4 of the 5 lug nuts and a bad wheel stud. After nearly 2 weeks. they finally got it "fixed". Their alignment was half assed because my steering wheel was still crooked. But i just wanted to leave as they may have made things worse by trying to take more of my money. As i was looking at their lot to pass time, not to buy, their sales person would not understand that i was just there to look at cars and not buy. he insisted i buy a new model Si. When I told him i couldn't, he told me to just do it and not worry about payments. Gary from IA Honda of Sheboygan. Stay away from this dump!!!!!!!! More

Tailored to my Needs I came to this dealership originally with a very specific SUV in mind but they don't sell them here. After talking a short while Reggie knew EXACTLY what I was looking for and showed me this 2018 Honda CRV Touring SUV. Everything I wanted, top of the line! Best thing is he saved me 10-15K it would have cost with the original vehicle I was seeking! Reggie is very personable, not 'salesman-y', knowledgeable, polite. Absolutely NO PRESSURE! He answered all my questions and took the time to really talk and find out what I wanted...what was important to me. I truely did not feel like just a sales quota. 24 hours later I bought the vehicle that was right for me and again he took the time to show me everything and never made me feel rushed.
