Made the mistake of having my Honda vehicle serviced here and was charged 5x the normal amount for rear shocks, they tried to jack up the bill more "diagnostic fees" even though shocks don't require diagnostics, and overcharged on the service time. After no help from the service manager, I tried speaking with the general manager but he couldn't be othered to even call me.
Rodney, I wanted to thank you and your staff for what could have been a disaster of biblical proportions for our race weekend into a minor inconvenience. From Gina on late Friday evening who made me feel we were in good hands, to you for the use of the loaner car which saved our weekend and Joe for handling the process. Finally to Lindsey who kept me informed with the diagnoses, cost and timeline for completion. You and your staff have my highest rating for first class customer service.
Just in for a oil change and tire roration. Service was very good as usual.
I had bought a previous vehicle from Gary and enjoyed working with him. So when I was interested in a Honda Pilot, I specifically went to Gary again. Gary was again very helpful, not "pushy", and the entire experience was fine. Everyone else that I meet in the process of buying the vehicle was also very friendly and enjoyable to work with.
Good experience with the Honda service team at International Auto group as we had 2 vehicles scheduled for same time and everything worked just like it was scheduled!
Outstanding service department! Service Advisor Michelle was extremely helpful in addressing my needs and rapidly scheduling my Honda Pilot in for service. Lance was GREAT; interacting with me regularly, throughout the entire service/repair process. His caring approach gave me confidence that the service he was suggesting was not only needed but, more importantly, that he would personally undertake the work with the utmost care. I will definately be bringing my vehicle back to International Honda for future service needs with the hope that Lance can further apply his outstanding technical knowledge.
