Made purchasing a new (used) car easy! I came in looking at a used 2015 Subaru Forester. I hadn't driven one yet so I wasn't sure I would like it but I wasn't able to test drive because the I came in looking at a used 2015 Subaru Forester. Reggie and staff allowed me to put a deposit so I could drive it as soon as it was cleaned. Reggie was also extremely patient when I ultimately decided that the Forester was not the car for me. He was able to read into my interests and suggest a perfect 2015 Honda CRV in my price range. He also worked to give me the best deal he could on my trade verifying it with me on Kelley BB while I sat with him. Overall I felt like this dealership was extremely honest and willing to work with me to find what would make me happy not just get them the sale. I learned a lot working with Reggie too that I didn't know I should pay attention to when purchasing used cars - things other dealerships could hide from you which also led to the feeling of trust and honesty.
