I saw the car for the first time during the night and they were closing, so I had to come back in the morning. (I live 1 hour away) so I get there in the morning and He insisted that he had to know if I was going to buy the car by noon because someone else wants to buy it. I was like, well I guess. When I was switching my stuff to the new car I noticed lots of nicks and scratches on the Hood, roof and trunk that I did not see during the night. I was like what happened? He was like oh those are easy to fix, a little touch up paint and you won’t see a thing. I was ready to burst into tears. My dad use to sell and paint used cars, and most his salesmen friends wouldn’t screw over a single young lady trying to buy a simple dependable car. Only the sleaziest of salesman’s would do that. My salesman said okay let me talk with my boss, he came back and said okay we will fix it for you. You’ll have to come back Monday morning and we’ll bring your car to ford dealership they do our body work. I said okay and felt better. Came back Monday they gave me a loner car for the day. After work I headed over to international to pick up my car. I was so excited, until I saw what “work” they did. It was awful, It truest looked like a drunk person tried to cover the scratches and nicks with white out. How ever touched it up didn’t even wipe the spot clean before painting it. I was so sad. I went to the service desk and I asked if they carried the pearl touch up pant for this car. She said yes we do. I said okay, I guess I better buy one. Salesman’s came up to me and was like why are you not happy we fixed the problem for you. I was like no, you did not, you atleast could pay for this touch up pen that I need to buy. He was like, umm well I can’t do that for you sorry. The sales guy I had is not there anymore, but my finance guy is; Josh Doro. He was cold and harsh with me, I had good credit so a loan was not a problem but when I denied all the additional warranties he was like “okay, so basically your buying this nice car and then your not going to take care of it! Sounds like a pretty dumb thing to do if you ask me. but hey, if that’s want you want to do with your new purchase than fine. Just something I wouldn’t do if it were me.” More

Reggie was very helpful and even came in on his day off to help me purchase the car on one of my few days off from work. Everything went much smoother than I expected. I was very nervous about buying my first car on my own but everyone was very helpful and pleasant to work with. They answered all of my questions and made me feel confident in my purchase. They negotiated a fair price and delivered on it, which meant alot to me. Gary went the extra mile to instruct my teenage son on the tech gizmos and gadgets and made sure we were comfortable and satisfied every step of the way, including summoning a service/body person to expertly remedy a minor superficial imperfection. I highly recommend this salesperson and dealership for a no stress car purchasing experience. More
