Dear Marie, Please except our sincerest apologies for the manner in which you were treated. We realize a customer can take their business anywhere and reputation is everything. Sometimes people have bad days and in this case I can say Reginald must have been having one as he normally gets excellent reviews. Due to a sales volume increase we have just hired a new Finance Manager who while experienced our system is a bit different and he is still adjusting..
