I dropped my car off and put the key in the drop box, but it got stuck and Honda was not returning my calls when I had not gotten a call back that my oil change was done. I had to go into the service center it got stuck and Honda was not returning my calls when I had not gotten a call back that my oil change was done. I had to go into the service center over lunch to follow up in person and found out about the key getting stuck. They did then prioritize getting my oil change done and the shuttle service was timely. When I went to pick it up they told me I had a charge, but I have a care plan and had to wait for them to figure out my bill. More
