I have almost always had a very nice transaction with this location. I do wish that when buying my car I would have been offered more options (remote start, weather tech floor/cargo mats) the factory rem this location. I do wish that when buying my car I would have been offered more options (remote start, weather tech floor/cargo mats) the factory remote start would have saved me over $1000 in 3 batteries, diagnostics, putting in and removing a poorly installed after market remote start. Lance the automotive technician was amazing and thoroughly explained and showed me the issues both times dealing with the rattle and not working AC. If I could I would ask for him every time. More

This is very comfortable, friendly atmosphere for the customer. They don’t mess around; they don’t waste your time, and they don’t "irritate the xxxx" out of you by pushing their agenda. It’s the best car-buying culture we’ve ever experienced. Nick Bohlen: When we needed a new Honda Odyssey, the first (and only) person we called was Nick Bohlen. He’s been extremely responsive to our questions and concerns, and NEVER comes off as pushy. His listening skills are excellent, which is something we’ve seldom seen in our car-buying experience. Another high point in his game is patience. In today’s chip-dominated world, car consumers need a lot of training, especially older ones like us. Nick patiently took us through the many options and settings – and there was not a hint of frustration on his face as we asked question after question. Excellent salesperson. Warranty Note: In the past, we’ve always turned down the offers of extended warranties, figuring when you’re buying a solid brand like Toyota or Honda, who needs a warranty. However, since Covid brought on the “chip crisis,” we opened our minds a bit. These cars perform some incredible high-tech functions, so when we were presented with a 5-year, add-on warranty covering everything, including all those delicate – and expensive – electronics, we opted in for the first time ever.
