Prior to service day, I received exceptional customer service from Taylor. Service day, I received estimate of $80 more than original estimate, received when I made the appointment. During scheduling, I mentioned multiple times that I would wait for work to be done, as I it was a 130 mile round trip. My appointment was for 3:30. At 4:20 I was told of the higher estimate. I was uneasy about the estimate change, and more concerned that the job would not be finished before closing of the service department. These factors prompted me to not have the work done. More
