Called again, swore I spoke to the same PERSON but they had no clue I had just talked to them earlier. I explained that I never got a call and never got my service scheduled. Magically now I able to get an appointment 3 days later. I nearly lost it when they originally told me 4 months (November) for a oil change. They are 100% CLUELESS! Again my Service at your business was great, your Service Manager was great. She said I was not the only one to complain about making appointments. More
