First and foremost, the dealership itself is in serious need of a remodel. The facilities felt outdated and unwelcoming, which did not create a good first impression. However, what really stood out to me was the lack of professionalism among the staff. While discussing a potential deal, I witnessed clear tension between the sales and financing teams. They were openly arguing about the terms of a deal that should have gone through smoothly. The situation escalated to the point where foul language was being used, which was completely inappropriate and made me very uncomfortable. This kind of behavior is unacceptable in any professional setting, especially when customers are present. It’s disappointing to see such a lack of coordination and respect within the team. This experience left me questioning the dealership’s ability to handle my purchase with care and integrity. More
