This dealership used to be so trustworthy and responsible! Not anymore. Unless I got a bad “advisor” person from service department. For example, I got text message saying my car is ready and all responsible! Not anymore. Unless I got a bad “advisor” person from service department. For example, I got text message saying my car is ready and all my paperwork is at the cashier’s. Came 10 min later to find NO paperwork. Cashier was nice enough to go ask “advisor” only to find out that paper report is not even ready. 10 min to finish and print. Total of 20 minutes of waiting to pay for service. Unacceptable. “Advisor” told me there are 2 things wrong with my vehicle. I asked how urgent they are, and didn’t get a definitive answer. So I called dealership the day after service. And 3 more times after that . My questions were not answered but the people on the phone said they will forward them to my “advisor “ and she will call me back with the answers by the end of the day. TWO weeks later, still NO call and NO information. I am ready to find different dealership for car service. More

Lindsey is the BEST EVER i wouldn’t bring my vehicle anywhere else if she isn’t there. Techs are absolutely amazing and are BEST OF THE BEST.
