My experience at International Autos BMW I came to IA with a problem! I was 5 months out from my lease ending, I needed new tires and was already over my miles. I needed a way out! I talke I came to IA with a problem! I was 5 months out from my lease ending, I needed new tires and was already over my miles. I needed a way out! I talked to the manager, Arthur, and without hesitation he told me not to worry. He was going to take care of me. And take care of me he did. I walked away with a brand new BMW loaded up, no money down, in the color I wanted and miraculously not needing to pay more than what I was paying. Mike Willer took care of me after we finalized the deal and he was terrific. Managed to make everything run quickly and smoothly. I spent 5 minutes at most with the finance person. Mike had someone go over the technology of the new car while he finished everything up. The process was a pleasure. This is the way buying a car should be! No running around back and forth with high pressure from sales people telling you fake information just to get you to buy something, like it or not. IA was just the opposite and I liked the people-go figure! I would recommend International Autos BMW for anyone who wants an easy experience buying AND receiving the car that they want. Just before I left, the Manager said to me-"we will take great care of you here" and I believe it! More
Terrible I've purchased 6 BMWs in the past 8 years. This was the worst experience. Watch out for pushy tactics and bogus financing information. After not b I've purchased 6 BMWs in the past 8 years. After not being able to offer a decent rate on a used car they required a wire transfer when I used a reputable local credit union. Took three visits before the car was ready for delivery. Totally incompetent. Stay away...much better dealer in Madison. More

If buying out of state, stay away! Where to start. So to set the stage little bit. I once lived in Milwaukee. I went to high school and college there with some time in Virginia i Where to start. As such I feel a certain kinship with my fine Midwestern people. I had a troubling experience as a youth at Concourse BMW while in college and I vowed to never go back. So I bought a car in 2010. The process was smooth, easy and very well done. So I came back this year. This process other than driving the car, has been a 180 degree difference. I'm not sure how things have changed so much but I'd advise you to look elsewhere for your new BMW purchase. I thought I'd be helping my people out. I may be, but this is at the cost to me of almost no communications about the purchase, continued missed deadlines (shipping the vehicle to me) and a lackadaisical approach to my issues (as if the customer should wait for the dealership's issues). Not sure what happened in my time apart but I cannot in good faith recommend an out of state purchase with IA. I guess they figure I'm out of sight out of mind. Next time I'll find someone more local and take care of my business there... More

I would recommend them. But, this may likely be the last BMW for us! BMW has lowered the warranty and based on the problems we had with our 328, I understand why BMW now offers a very poor warranty! BMW needs to improve their automobile reliability!!!! BMW has a good name though, totally unsubstantiated. More
Bad Customer experience will never recommend any one. On OCT 26th 2016 I went to see BMW and sales person Brian Grudnowski Showed me BMW 7 Series 2008. Since it was raining we test drove the car and he di On OCT 26th 2016 I went to see BMW and sales person Brian Grudnowski Showed me BMW 7 Series 2008. Since it was raining we test drove the car and he didn't know much about the car. I came back and ask him what will be deal and he gave me the price which I kind of liked. He suddenly brings the application and told me to fill it out which I did. He ran my application with Finance Manager Moe Hassan and Moe came back and told me that my loan will be done 99% without getting my pay stubs and all. He also mentioned that I should sign the contract that way he will hold the card for me without charging me anything on my credit card. I asked him twice I am not paying anything and he said NO. After two days I called him and left him messages that what happened about my loan he never answered. On Saturday Oct 29th finally he called me and said that my loan is approved and I need to go pick up my car. In the mean time they received calls for swapping tires which I never requested. I went to the dealer after my work and I saw scratches on the car and Brian also told me that there is little bit leakage for oil which is common in all V8 cars. I got scared because I was spending $20000 on that car. I left and Brian called me and I told him I call you Monday. I asked few friends and they advise me that I should buy newer model. I called Brain Monday Oct31 and told him that I am not interested in this car anymore. After one hour sales manager Arthur called me and said that for swapping the tires they will charge $1000 which I never requested. I saw my credit card charged for $1000. I called them back but n one pick up the call. I also called and left message to General manager and he said that he will charge me $1000 money and start arguing with me. I will never advised to go and deal with these Robbers Because they just rip off customers. I work for the bank from last 10 years and I do auto loans too. if customer not interested we never charge them for printing or anything. More
